The History of Motorola
Motorola is an American Company that has its headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois. In 1928, when the company was first formed, it was named Galvin Manufacturing Corporation. They changed their name to Motorola in 1947, and started to develop the Motorola phones. Motorola has been around for over 75 years in the telephone industry, a pioneer in many fields such as the walkie-talkie radio, which weighed approximately five pounds when it was first invented, and today with the ultra slim razor mobile telephones. This company really keeps up to date.
